Please be advised that the information provided by you may be included in a data file whose handling will be the responsibility of APPTONES S.L., hereinafter “APPTONES”, in order to be able to manage the service, for the purposes specific to the legal relationship established with you and to provide you with information about our products and services. Additionally, we inform you that you may exercise your access, rectification and cancellation rights, as defined in the applicable personal data protection regulations, as well as object to its handling under the terms provided by law, (although in this case the services inherent to the company will not be provided) by writing to that effect to the entity responsible for the file, to the email address info@apptones.net.
IP Address
The data server which coordinates the service may capture your IP address and other traffic data. APPTONES will not perform any unlawful handling of said data, regardless of those that are deemed appropriate to properly manage your connection.

The APPTONES web page dedicated to the service does not collect or store personal data from its visitors. Exclusively in order to offer our best service through this page, the number of pages visited, and the number of visits are analyzed, as well as the activity of site visitors, and their frequency of use.
